We had a great stay at this place. The apartment is around 10 minutes walk to the Pl Espanya . The apartment has good amenities, it's well kept, clean and quiet, excellent for a good sleep after roaming the city. Very good communication with the host and speedy check-in, definitely recommend this very beautiful

Locatie ultracentrala, studioul beneficiaza de tot echipamentul ( conform descrierii ), linistita, curata, acces facil la mijloacele de transport in comun.

Comunicare deficitara prin e-mail. Sunati la tel. si stabiliti ora clara de intilnire pt. a intra in posesia cheilor. Am ajuns la ora 11.00 pt. check-in, nu era nimeni sa ne dea cheile. Am sunat, am fost dusi cu zaharelu` ca vine cineva in 10 minute. Dupa 30-40 de minute am sunat din nou, am reusit sa intram in posesia coduui de acces in interior,sa ne lasam bagajele.Studioul nu era inca pregatit pt. a primi musafiri.Ne-am reintors pe la ora 16.00 cand am intrat in posesia cheilor.

Este foarte bine pozitionat. Este foarte aproape de centrul Barcelonei., ibtr-o zona linistita. Apartamentul este curat si utilat ( are si o masina de spalat rufe, fier de calcat. Noi nu le-am folosit insa cred ca erau functionale)

The Bedlinen are of poor quality, specia;y the Bed Cover smell awful and Needed either through dry cleaning, free of smells or replacement.

Well presented place, with a good view and fantastic ambiance.

Stayed 4 nights. And would have been great if it was cleaned once in this time. Shower hot water was limited.

We liked the look and the atmosphere of the appartment. The kitchen is sufficiently installed and we could easily cook for 4 persons with what was available. The appartment was very clean and tidy, the bathroom is small but it has a good shower and we got nice towels and soap tu use.

There were some small reparations that need to be fixed, which we reported at the office. We are convinced that it has no negative impact on your stay in Barcelona.

Spacious and comfortable, styled nicely and was clean, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.

Lots of things broken such as top dishwasher rack that was extremely hard to open and close and would fall apart, handle on bedroom door would fall off in your hands (broken both sides), shower head would slide down the vertical rail and not stay up at times, hot water not hot - mildly warm, not enough dishwashing and washing machine tablets, drawer in bedroom was falling apart, street was scary at night - dark, graffiti everywhere, public garbage bins outside your window, not a nice outlook

It was more equipped then I thought - olive oil and salt in the kitchen & shampoo, conditioner and body shower in the 2 showers that we had - which saved us from using our budget on these. We visited in mid-December and the heater did a great job to warm up the rooms. The place was just perfect and I would like to stay again if I have a chance to visit again.

The room was perfect!
